hey. Rod Thomas is an old friend of mine who I haven't seen for 10 years! Is he a mate of yours now?

he's from Wales, though?
He's playing with Douglas again at the ICA next week, on the 15th. Does lots of songs with loops recorded live on stage, adding a part on each pass.

really? You going? I might have to go and see him, even though I hate that style of playing (admiteddly, having never seen anyone do it properly).

nah, saw them at the Roundhouse, and I can see Douglas in the pub any time. Sorry.
